Razz-berry in Love Cookie
100 gm 4 inch round gooey cookie stuffed with white chocolate, freeze dried real raspberries from the Fraser Valley, the red colour is from red velvet food colouring and flavours. Once these cookies cool they are drizzled in more white chocolate and sprinkled with raspberry coloured flecks.
