Perfect spring and summer blend of the best flavours, strawberry with a creamy white Belgian chocolate. The dough is mixed with strawberry jam and white chocolate chips then formed and in the center stuffed with more strawberry jam and white Belgian chocolate, once cooled these cookies are drizzled with more white Belgian chocolate and sprinkled with dehydrated strawberry bits. Amazing flavour! A cookie exterior first bite with almost cake like interior.
